As part of the estate deer management plan, I had the honour of taking this stag which will now be butchered to provide sustainable, beautiful free range meat for the estate hotels and the local community. Amazing day at the @ludlowfood Festival - picked up@some lovely produce from @caseforcooking (rubs) @whatapicklecompany (Chutney for Cheese - it’s awesome), @joelblacksmith (didn’t buy one of his knives today - but I will be at some point!), @kadaifirebowls (great to see the full range of products from this amazing supplier), @caradoccharcoal (new charcoal supplier just up the road), a taste of Fox Whelp from Gwatkins Cider and a cheeky pint or 4 from @ludlowbrewery. @threetunsbrewery and @woods_brewery - all in all, a great day out!
